This is a hotfix release that addresses an issue where the setup wizard was missing important files, which could result in Scratchpad crashing unexpectedly.

• Add support for dark mode
• Add 7 new actions:
  • Format JSON: Properly formats and indents any JSON string
  • Format XML: Properly formats and indents any XML string
  • UNIX timestamp: Insert the current UNIX timestamp
  • Timestamp converter: Convert UNIX timestamps to ISO and vice-versa
  • Number lines: Adds a line number to each line
  • Password generator: Generate a random password with configurable length and character sets
  • JWT decode: Decode a JWT's header and payload (signature is not verified)
• Add a --safe-mode command line option to start Scratchpad without loading external plugins
• The update dialog now shows the changelog inside the application
• Added a settings dialog, where things like the application theme and log level can be configured.
• Scratchpad now remembers the entered text when closing the application. This can be changed inside the settings dialog.
• Setup: Simplify .NET runtime download
